So thanks to these forums, free time and persistence myself and my husband’s scores have increased tremendously! I started at 550 (my fico EQ pull) and that was around October 2012 and my latest score is 659---this is from sending letters, paying off stuff and learning the laws. My husband was at 540 and is now at 618 and our transunions/experians have increased also. This is just an encouragement for anyone that thinks it not possible to rebuild credit, Review your credit reports thoroughly---there are so many mistakes on credit reports that people look over, get advise from these forums and make time for what's important. Credit scores are a huge part of living...you need it for everything & it's worth the time and effort. I know one thing, we will stay on top of our credit from here forward---looking to be in the 700 club next year & also purchasing our first home this summer!!
Awesome!
Congrats
