The APR on a cash loan can range widely, generally being anywhere from 200 percent to 2,290 percent depending on exactly how it is calculated and other variables such as the loan duration, any fees incurred (nonpayment, late fees, etc. ...)
I have to say, I would loan out money for that kind of return.
