I had been told NO and YOU DONT QuALIFY (for paying in full in exchange for Optima) I bet 100 times, and thanks to the advice on here I called the EO Monday and spoke with a nice lady named Holly..........just now the in house collection department supervisor (who told me no about 50 times himself) called to tell me that they got the directive to inform me that my paperwork for my $500 limit Optima card was mailed yesterday, and once I receive to call and make payment arrangement for the full $600 past due (edit, its only 6 year old) balance! I cant thank everyone here enough!!!
