JC Penney EO email address?

Does anyone happen to have an email address for an EO at JC Penney (I think they're Synchrony now, but I'm not sure if that's the better route or not)?    Need to send them an email about an account that was closed due to erroneously reported late payments.  Hopefully they'll either reinstate the card or remove it completely from the report, but either way I need to contact them first before filing a formal complaint.
