I just received an automated phone call from JCP. I sent them a GW letter a couple weeks ago trying to get them to remove a charged-off account that was PIF. The automated message said they had received my request and would have it processed within 14 days. Does that mean that they are going to remove it or that someone is going to review the account?

Probably just acknowledging receipt of the GW. Keep your fingers crossed though, you could get lucky!
