Any ideas?  I filed Chapter 7 that was discharged in April of last year.  These were included in my filing.  I think that I read that a stipulated judgement could be removed with proof of satisfaction...discharge papers?  Does this work if they were discharged in chpt. 7?  Also, why isn't the satisfaction date entered as the discharge date or no indication of the bankruptcy.  SO CONFUSED!  FYI...I retreived this through a public records search.
