As with other types of adverse items, paying delinquent debt which resulted in the reporting of the adverse item does make the reporting at that time inaccurate, and does not result in deletion of the item from the consumer's CR or scoring.
You would have to either get the judgment vacated, or get the party who reported it to report its deletion to the CRA. Judgments are usually reported by independent vendors hired to scour public records. The CRA knows who reported.
