What is the context of the issue?
Did you have another thread that explains what you were hoping to accomplish??
That one sentance alone doesn't provide enough for much response from the community?

I was hoping to get them to remove the CA off of my reports based off of the FTC ruling, Jefferson had until 06/10/12 to respond to my complaint. I checked this morning and the update read no response by company. I had an Aspire card back in 07-08 but the account had been closed.

Did you send a letter to Jeff Capital citing the ruling and requesting them to remove the TL? I would, it has worked for many here in the forum.

Hi, what letter did you use? I have an old Salute CC from them back in 2008 and they are still reporting on my CR. Would you be able to PM the letter that you used please?
