I had an Aspen credit card back in 2007......I just received a letter from a law firm (Greene & Cooper) representing jefferson capital. I was under the assumption that there was a FTC court ruling indicating that jefferson and anyone on their behalf was to cease these practices......I owed a small debt of $300 now this law firm says I owe $2400. What should I do
