Jefferson capital account number

Hello everyone, new to this board and looking to rebuild my credit. I have a collection account with Jefferson capital from an old Verizon bill. I owe $514 and looking to send a pay for delete letter. I don't have the account number, how do I get the account number so I could have that ready when I contact Jefferson capital? Or is there a better way to deal with this collection account? I want to take care of this collection account asap. Thanks everyone!

Did they ever send you the required dunning notice?

Hi Robert, it's been like 4-5 years since I've checked my credit report. I don't remember if they've sent me that notice. Seen it on my report last week and just wanted to pay it and hopefully have it deleted. Any idea what I should do next? Thanks for the response

Is there not an account number on your credit report?

If not, you can simply give them a call and ask for the account number.....
