I settled a collection account with Jefferson capital early in the year. I called several times to try to get it deleted and got a few letters telling me they don't delete. Almost gave up and emailed them and got a letter a few days later telling me they are deleting my collection account! I have one more unpaid with them seeing if I can get the same results!
