Joined SW and find this little gem

Photobucket

What is wrong with this picture?!

This is telling me in my neg factors that this amex account is/was 120+ late.  It was never late. In fact in the pmt history boxes, they are all green. In the pic itself it shows nothing for 30+ 60+ and 90+.

The account was closed by grantor and the % from the last pmt is what went into collections and was PIF.

Thoughts?

Re: Joined SW and find this little gem

bottem line is that if it was sent to collections, it will show as 120+ late with SW....

The status that it shows is CO for any month right?

well SW reports CO as 120+ late every time i have seen it lol

My credit journey has completed. I am currently sitting at 800+ across the board.

I started my journey here years ago, and thanks to MyFico, it really is possible.

Re: Joined SW and find this little gem

No, this was not a CO. This was a paid internal collections to amex.  never once was it late.

My CR directly from EQ just states that it is a "paid collection; closed by grantor"

Re: Joined SW and find this little gem

Plus, my FICO - bought form here, for EQ went from 636 to 619 and the only thing that occured were 2 HP for 2 CCs. Does that much of a drop sound about right for 2 HPs?

Re: Joined SW and find this little gem

if you only had one or two, then yes, it can hurt pretty bad, as far as the actual points you will drop, is hard to tell.
