Jr vs SR advice

I have a few badies on my reports from my Father(Sr) some of them were deleted but there are a few whom which they say there verifying the information as correct. I never gave them my SS# or anything, there using common name/common address as there verifcation. If there anyway i can get the credit bureau to erase this incorrect information as they keep verifying as correct when i dispuite the info. Would a letter from my father work with a copy of his ID and social card? and would the letter have to be notarized? or does anyone have any other advice. Thanks
