Ok, so I decided to check my Transunion to see what my score was even though it is not time due to pull. Well, I sent my MOV to all 3 bereau's a few weeks ago. Yippie, Happy Dance is being done because it is off my Credit Report for TransUnion. I still show it on my report for Experian as of today but will start with Round 2 of my letters since I know they can not verify the method because the courts are not verifying this info. My score didnt go up but I at least got that mess off my credit report. Hot dog!
UPDATE.... 2/6/12- ALL THREE REPORTS HAVE REMOVED MY PAID JUDGEMENT....
I am doing the Cupid Shuffle in the office then the Boot Scoot Boogie....
