I have a judgement from 2010 on my report that is a eviction for the amount of $2,737 under the status it doesn't say paid or unpaid it says "pending" what does this mean

Remember the court house does not report to the CRA's. Third party companies supply public record information to the CRA's. Go directly to the source - the court house to get the actual status of your judgment. Many jurisdictions are on line today - try looking under the Clerk of Courts section using your name.
