In some states yes, its possible to file a motion to vacate on grounds that its been paid, once its granted then its gone from your CRs. You can check your states codified laws on the civil court system to find what reasons a judgment can be vacated on. If you are in a state where you cant file the motion you might try asking the judgment holder to do the vacating.
