I think the judgement was put in first, then I received a 1099 a year later. What should I do now? Should I call them back and tell me that I paid the 1099 already?

You can 1099 debt? does that mean you havre to pay the rest? Or pay taxes on it?

You have to pay taxes on anything reported to the IRS $600 or more.
