Judgement vacated

Can a paid judgement be vacated? If so, do I need to consult an attorney? The county court in Texas said that they do not have that form.

Re: Judgement vacated

Yes they can. I just had my paid judgement vacated about two months ago. I contacted the attorney that filed the suit and he filed a motion to dismiss and vacate.

Re: Judgement vacated

What if it's just a landlord, no attorney.

Re: Judgement vacated

Just yesterday I went and got a certified copy from county clerks office and had it filed with my files in the civil court county records. Mine has been satisfied for a couple of years now but didn't know that the credit report was supposed to have said satisfied. It's due to fall off in summer of next yr. Would be nice to have it vacated. I'm in TX as well.
