Hi All,
I had a judgment removed from my Equifax credit report because it belonged to a business I owned, rather than myself. I have not disputed it with TU or Experian yet. Can I use the fact that Equifax removed it to further support my request?
With removals, is there a certain credit reporting agency that's harder to deal with than others?
Thanks,

No, using info that another bureau deleted it will not affect another CRA, the facts are what will dicated their actions, if its in a business name and not your personal name then it must be deleted. I read all the time that EX is the devil but if you have the proof they will cave pretty quick and if they dont a CFPB complaint usually gets them into compliance rather quickly.
Thank you!

Yes, EX is the devil indeed!
+1 to gdales comments.
The CRAs don't care what each other post, and they do not communicate with each other with the exception of a fraud alert. (If a fraud alert is placed on one CRA, they contact the others to place a fraud alert also)
