CRA's don't verify with the courts directly, they work with public records vendors, such as Lexis Nexis.
They sure must not "work" close with vendors or....they would be updating their records when consumers pay....Judgements off and CR's are not updated in a timely manner !
I get your jest but I do no think, nor have I seen, (In my case) them working, at all ....together to update, 6 months, really !
