Hi all,
I started a construction company under an LLC structure that went under. Long story short, a client didn't pay and left me with unpaid employees who went to L&I. To my understanding, I thought LLC protects and or separates your business debt from your personal credit?
Other question is, does Washington state report to CRA's? If not, how does it get reported?
