I have a judgement with Midland Funding LLC in the amount of $2,982. I want to have this paid off in the next 10 months, what is the best to go about this? I can pay $250 a month. Should I contact them on the phone regarding thing this since it is a judgement, or should I wait until i can pay in full?

Once a PR reports, then there's really no difference between paying in full or paying over time. I'd call them up and be sure to get any agreement in writing.
