I just pulled my credit report and it sucks lol. I'm going through a re modification on my home which was 13 months past due. Once the trial payments are complete they will update my credit as being current and no past due. My question is how much does a past due Morgatge effect your credit? Also should i wait until after they update my credit to really start working on it? I just need some direction on this whole credit thing and I refuse to pay someone to do it when I have you all. Lol. Thanks in advance.
