I have a few Judgements that will fall off in 2015 and i know that the only way to get a judgement vacated is if there was an error somewhere in the paperwork or something like that.....So with that being said......I figure it would be alot like a GW ...asking them to vacate as a courtesy...especially since the judgements are so old....Has in anyone in a state that has laws like mine been successful at getting theirs deleted??
I appreaciate any and all help!!!
Cheryl
In some cases, the judge may have dismissed the case after it was paid... That's what happened to me. have you looked up the records?

No I haven't looked. Will I need to go to the court house to look at the paperwork? Are you in Kansas?
Cheryl
You can call the clerk and they can tell you if it was dismissed or not.

Awesome...I will do that. How likely do you think they were dismissed...I mean is it like a normal practice that you know of??
Cheryl
I don't really think it is that normal. I guess it depends on the judge.
