Hey!

I called LVNV yesterday and the rep told me that because my 7 years is up in December, they will be removing the account from my credit reports no later than the 20th of this month! I pulled my report that showed them as a collection on 11/7/11, so they may have removed it already! Praise God. I can not wait to be in our new home!!! Thank you so much for the information!

YES I NEED EMAIL AS WELL.. I paid them off in May of 2010 for $766.  It is showing as a closed negative with a 0 balance.  Do you think I have shot at a delete?  Actually Equifax is showing this as a positive for me while Experian is showing this as a "Key Derogatory"  Should I try and get them to just change Experian to OK?

Great news.  I also got them to delete from Eq and EX still pending on TU for a old GE account I settled in 2008.  I called and spoke with a lady who said we don't delete but hmmmm!  So hopefully I will have them deleted from TU soon!!!
