So LVNV Funding is suing me and I would really like to just settle this matter, but the problem is I cannot find any legit contact information for them. Has anyone recently delt with them and has some contact information that they had success with? Please PM me any information that you may have-- Thanks!

Pull your credit report or google LVNV address. I do not have it off hand since they are off my credit report now! I would suggest sending a Debt validation letter and then immediately contact the BBB to get them off your report!

I don't think contacting the BBB will do anything to stop them from taking you to court.
