LVNV Funding!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Help

I sent them a DV letter back in 2007 and they removed the account from my credit report. I had applied for a refinace of my mortgage and at the time it still showed i owed lvnv funding so they had me pay them off which i did but it was still erased from my credit report. it's been 8 months since then and bam today LVNV funding shows back up on my credit report for the same account i paid off

You DO still have the documentation relating to the payoff...correct? (cancelled check, statement of debit payment...whatever)  After you paid it off, did they send a final statement that your balance was $0? Make a copy of all related documents.

Try calling them & see if you can fax the documents for removal (immediately) asap.  If that does not work...send a copy with a demand they remove.  Send CMRRR
