LVNV Funding

Hi All,

Received an alert yesterday showing LVNV adding $8 to my account.  I'm not sure why this is happening when I originally tried to settle with them they told me my account was turned over to another CA?  What should I do from this point? Since they are adding fees should I send a DV letter?
