LVNV Success!!! (BBB Complaint Worked)

So I just received 2 emails from BBB complaint I filed on April 25th for 2 accounts dealing with LVNV. They responded that they have closed both accounts and

deleting both tradelines on the next reporting cycle. From reading other boards it seems to be 10th and 20th so hopefully its the 10th so I can move forward with my mortgage preapproval. yayyyy Im so excited..

One account was for First Premier and the other with Imagine which was under the FDIC lawsuit.

Congrats!!!  Make sure you print out and file away the response from there just in case its needed in the future.

congrats!!!!

when i was trying to rebuild, LVNV proved to be on of the hardest collection co for me to deal with. they didn't budge on anything. they only went away after i filed bk.

Starting Score: EQ 505 jul09
Current Score: EQ 702 TU 693 EX 692 apr12
Goal Score: 700+

Was your complaint the normal no dunning notice received and no verification after CRRR DV request?
