I just got LVNV to delete 2 accounts today and send a letter to the CRA as closed tradelines (GE AND HSBC) due to fraud

No. On my EX cr, they were updating the "Account History" line as a collection account with the current month listed. This was done each month for more than 3 years and since I've been monitoring my credit more closely (over the past year or so), each month I get an alert that a "new" collection account has been added to my cr. It wasn't until I got an alert from myFICO with a decrease in score that I understood how this negatively affected me and might be reporting inaccurately.

You can get a wealth of info by searching for LVNV success or LVNV and BBB for other examples. The stories that were similar to mine are what prompted me to take action. .
