LVNV and the BBB

BBB wants to set up conference call with myself and LVNV. Anyone been successful with this? I have 10 days to respond.

oh man.. really?? they just removed mine... maybe they are trying to stem the tide of BBB complaints..

DANG! I think LVNV caught on and may be fighting them. I hope you had a valid reason and if so, I would fight it!

It would be interesting to know the issue involved!

 

I would imagine that the BBB sees some resolution of the conflict that might be acceptable to both parties, or I doubt they would be taking such an extraordinary step.

I would keep in mind that a BBB has no actual enforcement power, so they are just a mediator.  As such, I would be cautious about making demands.

When did you file your complaint with the BBB? im still waiting for a responce to my complaint.

Dec 24th have been going back and forth 3 times now its the phone thing. Hope it pays off

I'm waiting to hear back from them after my rebuttal.  I am anxious to see what happens here.  Please keep us informed!
