Hi bloom84 - they are still working on it. The complaint was sent to the business on 2/27 and BBB says they have 28 days to respond. So, just in the waitin' stage right now.

1 of my LVNV accounts is now deleted off of all 3 CRs. The other LVNV account is deleted off of EX and EQ but still showing on TU as of right now. Yay!
