The first response they sent was a billing statement from the OC as their validation of the debt, and a statement saying this was the first they heard of us disputing the validity. (lie) They also gave me the info to call and set up payment on it. (ha) I simply rejected it and demanded that they account for all of the other items in the dispute with the BBB. Their second response was the apology and promise to delete. Ask anything you want! I learned from others here how to do this, and I'm more than happy to share anything I've got to help someone else.
I also included the pages from the CR going back to 2009 showing the inconsistencies I was talking about regarding their crazy reporting.
