search LVNV there is a lot of threads on this forum...
Try sending a DV letter to the address they have listed on your credit report. Thats usually the best place to start.

They were required to have sent dunning notice within 5 days of reporting to the CRAs, in which information on how to contact them to exercise your debt validation rights is required.
Did they send dunning notice?

Send a DV and find out the status of the debt. LVNV can be a bit of a pain, but they are doable.
