Last Baddie deleted, no score improvement

The last negative mark on my credit report was deleted.  It was a 4 year old charged off credit card.  But, my score has stayed at 677.  How long will it take to see a score increase and hat kind of increase should i expect?  I do have 30 inquiries in the last 2 years and my average account age is only about 1 year

Creditwise is a Vantage score which can be (and usually is) way off from your Fico scores. Don't trust the score from there.

My utilization is usually below 30% and is often around 10%.  Im not sure how many inquiries i have in the last 12 months, but my guess is around 15.  I have had a lot of inquiries that were for cards that i had no chance of getting so i am working on being smarter with my applications.

What is the most affordable way to get my fico score?

It's not a fake score. It's just not a FICO score, which matters.
