Last Collection in Rebuilding Process

OK, looking for people's expertise here. My last collection remains on my credit report. (Removed the previous 3 due to GW letters & disputing.)
As you can see, I attempted to dispute this one, but it was verified. They won't offer a settlement, but stated they will complety remove it from my report if I pay in full.
This is a five year old debt, and only appears on Transunion. Have I already recovered from this collection being on my report, and just save my three hundred dollars, and let it fall off in a year or two, or what? What would you do? (I have no intentions of getting a home(mortgage) in the next two years, just maybe a few credit cards, here or there to garden with)

My FAKO was at 656(TU), last I checked trough Truecredit

Re: Last Collection in Rebuilding Process

Nope.. still a major derogatory.   If it was me, I'd do a PFD, it's a small amount and that would get rid of it for good.  You wouldn't have to worry about it again.
