The Worst Delinquency reports the worst missed payment status that has been documented on this account. Your FICO® score evaluates how recently that missed payment occurred and in general, the more recent, the more impact it has on your score. However, the fact that it occurred is still predictive of future payment risk and could be considered by your FICO® score. |

Date of last activity = Oct 2009
A PFD would be the optimal route to go. This account is also figuring into your util, so paying it might help with your scores also. The DOLA isn't relevant, it's the DOFD that sets the SOL and CRTP clocks to start. This date should be somewhere at or before the DOLA.
I think that Oct 2009 is the dofd...i am going off of the myfico report, i do not have a copy of the report in front of me.....so if i offer to pay, what is the chance that FP will remove??? and If i pay and they do not remove can i expect to see some score change??? its shows balance = 0 C/O account
Now that might be a problem. If it is showing a $0 balance, they might not own it anymore. There is most likely a CA out ther that has this account now.
I recently got the CO to delete (asset acceptance) whoo woo!
But I want to get rid of First Premier in total (am i being unrealistic??)
You got the CA to delete, First Premier would be the OC. Now you will need to start the GW process to First Premier.
