Last major derog is gone, sad about the score increase, though

My last GW letter finally worked and my last major derog (mortgage, up to 150 days late over 9 months from 2007) is finally gone.  I still have a few pesky 30 days and one 60 day, but all from 2007.  No collections, no more tax liens. I'm very happy to have that gone for the sake of having it GONE, don't get me wrong, praise God.  I'm just bummed that my score is now only 697 as I thought for sure that would kick me to the 700 club with EQ.  My utilization is what is currently killing the score, I'm sure with it sitting at 22%.  Time will be my BFF moving forward.

THANK YOU MyFICO for the education, support, and expertise I needed to make this happen.  I should be closing on my new house by the end of this month thanks to this board.
