I see followings comments in my credit report.
Equifax Comment: Consumer disputes this account information, Paid Charge Off
Experian Comment: Closed - Account in dispute - Reported by subscriber (FCBA), Account information disputed by consumer
Basically it has been in the disputes status for last several months. I wrote 4 letters with my humble request to provide a resolution but not getting any proper attention. I am wondering if there are any other approaches which I can take to resolve this.
It’s very frustrating, I am Citibank customer since last 15 years, I have a good banking relationship and also have a credit card which I use daily. Not sure if I am doing something wrong.
Would appreciate some advice on this.
