Late payments included in Bakruptcy

Hi All.

I pulled MyFico scorewatch and it said one of the factors affecting my score was late payments.  However the late payments were on the accounts that were included in Bakruptcy (which is another factor affecting my score) in Oct 2010.  Are the late payments not part of the Bankruptcy or are they still considering them seperate?  So confused

There should be no late payments being reported. The trade line should say IIB $0 bal.

It does say IIB, but it still shows payment history with some lates.  Should I dispute that?

Yes, It can not be reported that way.

The lates can be reported prior to the BK, just not after it.

My foreclosure reported each month that it was late as well even during the bankruptcy 13 and it has IIB in the comments. Same thing with my CapOne Auto loan each month it reported past due during the bankrupcty but it says IIB in the comments. Should it not report the past due payments and only show IIB?

If the account was IIB, then the balance should drop to $0.  So, how can you have a late payment on a $0 balance?
