Late payments on mortgage

It's been a year since we have had a 30 day late on our house payment, the last time we were 60 days late was 2 years ago. My question is: how is the 60 from 2 years affecting my scores?

Re: Late payments on mortgage

30 and 60 day lates are minor derogatories and seldom impact your score for more than 2 years.  The higher your scores the more impact.
