Absolutely. It NEVER hurts to try a GW letter. I have had more than one item corrected and even one REMOVED by writing a simple GW letter. Be honest and be friendly. No CMRRR on it, just a stamp, or email if you find an address. If it's a smaller bank you might have an easy time finding an email address, while bigger banks tend to shelter their managment from us little people. Good luck!!
