Asset Acceptance-Old southwestern bell account-pfd'ed no response

CAC financial corp-paid electric collection-gw'ed no response

Midland credit-hsbc account within sol

HSBC-Charge off paid-gw'ed no response

Jefferson Capital-Old sprint account-pfd'ed no response

Mohela-Paid, had lates-gw'ed no response

Simmons Bank-Paid, had lates-gw'ed no response

Are both HSBC's the same one?  Is the lower acct the OC for the MCM acct?

Re: Laundry List

No, two seperate accounts. For some reason, they sent one to outside collections and one to internal collections.

Re: Laundry List

What's the DOFD on those?  If midland is old enough, my contact might be able to help

Re: Laundry List

I agree with bungalobill.  If you have taken the PFD route with several of the CAs and they have not responded, that is only a condtional offer to pay, so you must evaluate what their next action will be.  If the debt is fairly significant, they may chooose to bring legal action.  So know your SOL.

Most SOLs are initially triggered from the date of initial debt default, but some states permit update of the SOL based on offfers to pay, which is what a PFD is.So know your state SOL.

While having no relation to their ability to sue you, your DOFD tells you when the CAs must drop from your CR.

You take risks with PFDs.
