In some areas of the country you have to deal with CSC for your EQ disputes. If you go to
www.csccredit.com and put in your zip code it will tell you. I think you can do that on EQ's website as well. Mainly those of us in the central/midwest region.
ETA: It is rumored that LVNV"s policy is not to respond to disputes on paid accounts. No personal experience with this though. Another forum member stated that LVNV told them this.
