How often is your lender pulling your score? And it going to end up hurting you having it pulled so much?

Gratz!! Moving forward is progress.

No. Due to it being a mortgage pull, it hasn't hurt me like having a CC pull.

That's right!! It's going through a preliminary underwriting right now, and I'm petrified. EEEK. ![]()
Pray for good things!

You are incorrect. In my experince, when my mortgage lender has pulled my score, it has not hurt my like a CC pull, as well as, if it has been done within the 2 weeks time frame. Now this has been MY experience.

In a two week time frame no it vcounts as one I was under the impression that you were cheking it over a period of time . By the way any pull is the same numerically if 3 cc 3 score losses. if 3 mort pulls within a time frame one score loss . but 1 for 1 is the same score loss.

Exactly. We are in the process of getting a mortgage, so the lender has pulled it in the desired time frame, so that my point loss has already happened for this. ![]()
