So, I did increase my score by 193 points this year, and I do have ALMOST everything bad cleaned off my credit report. I forgot about my lates from Lendmark
I had a loan from Lendmark in 2013, it's reporting 30 day, 30 day, 60 day on TU, and up to 120 days on EX (the reason this score is so much lower I presume).
The information is inaccurate, I refinanced the loan with them in to a second installment loan (I did this to build my credit, not for money). The second loan reports as paid as agreed, never late, but the orignal loan that was refinanced in to the second loanfell through the cracks. I disputed this information and the account was removed from EQ, but not the other 2. It came back as verified, twice. Since i'm in processing on my mortgage with a closing of 4/15 or 4/30, I don't want to dispute again, or remove the account (I'm unsure if my score will drop). Has anyone had luck with GW letters to Lendmark, espeically for mis reported information?
If so, what GW letters did you use, and to whom/where were the letters addressed?
Another question is, will they remove the entire account, or only the lates? I don't want my score to drop if they remove the entire account.
Thanks for all of the help. This will be my final clean-up attempt until I write GW letters to all OCs in June.
If you can show that their reporting is in error do a direct dispute with them and provide them the proof they are in error. I would do nothing though until your home loan closes as if it updates and it hasnt for awhile the result will be a Fico score drop.

Thank you for your reply! I no longer have the records for either loan, so I have no evidence. I made this mistake with another lendor in the same year (not a mistake that I will make again), I just didn't keep up with my paperwork when I moved in 2014. I threw it all away, like an idiot.
But, I imagine their systems will show the error, plus the fact that I opened another loan at the exact same time with them, in the same office, with the same person, and made all of my payments in full and early.
Also, great advice on waiting. I'll just hold off for the time being.
Thank you!
