So, I thought I'd give Lexington Law 90 days to see what they could do. So far, looks promising.
TU deletions - 5/5 (including a judgment from 2008). Starting FICO: 703 : Current FICO: 777
EQ deletions - 3/4 (including a paid collection from 2009). Starting FICO: 695 : Current FICO: 710
EX deletions - 3/4 (including a 60 day late from 2007). Starting FAKO: 690 : Current FAKO: 722
If I can get the judgment removed from EX and EQ then I'll be good to go. They are initiating an escalated campaign on my behalf. I'm crossing my fingers.
I'll let you know!
How much are you paying lexington for the service?
That was going to be my question. Which tier did you go with?
I believe its 100 a month. thats what they quoted me and i believe it comes with some perks like report monitoring and might (dont quote me on might) come with scores. I decided not to go with it cause I came accross this forum and browsed this section day and night and realized i could do everything myself if i stay persistant
I signed up for the $79.95 per month deal. I should point out that the first month is $99.95.
It's true I COULD do all this myself but, it was important enough to me to have a company that specialized in this type of work do the heavy lifting. My I would have gotten the same results as them, maybe not. I'm just glad things are happening.
I've heard some have had difficulty connecting with LL staffers but, my experience has been great! The paralegal gals are beyond helpful and pleasant and really understand how this stuff works and are happy to educate you along the way.
Hope this helps.
