Another question for rebuilding my credit. I have 5 medical collections on my credit report. These are my debts. Dates are as follows:

2.13
11.12
3.12
4.09
Should I get a personal loan to pay these off? It would be for 2.5k. I'm assuming it should jump up my score to pay these off, but the inquiry and new TL would also ding my score. I'm wanting to try for a morgage loan soon. If I pay these off, the only negative I would have is a repo and it should fall off in October. Any suggestions?
