Looking for Direction

Newcomer to the boards just looking for a little bit of direction.

I have 6 baddies (3 of which are from the same company) on my credit and they are all reporting differnt innacuracies.

Two accounts negative but not too worried about because I think I can get them taken care of easily...hopefully

1) CC with one late payment (I've had the card for almost 5 years now and barely use it which is why the late payment popped up.  I had used it in a pinch and totally spaced making the payment.  I figure I could submit a GW letter to get that one taken care of.  It is through a local CU.

2) CA which was newly reported.  I figure I can do a PFD with them

Accounts that are really troubling me

1) Car loan with Nuvell.  They really got me with a high interest rate.  Regardless, there are scattered late payments throughout the reports, none of which align with the other CRAs. DOFD was Nov of 2007 but I think I messed up by disputing some late payments in 09/2013.

What is the best option for this one?  Should I try for an early delete?  GW Letter to adjust lates?

2) Student Loan servicer that is killing me.  They are showing 3 accounts for 3 different amounts because of the way they break up student loans.  T

The account was sold/transfered to a different servicer (without my knowledge) in 08/2013

The account is now being reported as Collections as of 01/2014 with original servicor

This is the one that is causing me the most grief.  For one, they don't own the account anymore and it was transfered long before that.  Two, the company has been bought out.  Three, the late payments are not reporting the same for any of the 3 CRAs.

How should I handle this one?

Thanks for the assistance!
