I've had the Skypass Secured card from US Bank since June of 2014 and have no complaints. It has an annual fee but you earn Korean Air miles that can be used towards tickets on other Sky team members such as Delta, Klm and Air France. So far I've earned almost 10k miles. Their customer service is alway great and I'm hoping to get an usecured card with them after my year is up. Last month I was able to get approved for a Cap One Platinum and Quicksilver One so its been a great help to my credit plus it's nice to earn any rewards on a secured card.
